Turkey, Apple, Bacon & Cheddar Kabobs

Create a fun alternative to sandwiches when you skewer bites of meat, cheese and fruit. Enjoy them for lunch plates or put them out for guests on a charcuterie board.

Kabob skewers
Smithfield® Prime Fresh Oven Roasted Turkey Breast
1 pound
Fuji apples, cubed
Smithfield® Applewood Thick Sliced Bacon, fully cooked and cut into 1-inch pieces
8 slices
Cheddar cheese, cubed
8 oz.


  1. Cook bacon per package instructions.
  2. Roll slices of turkey into tight rolls and fold in half.
  3. On a skewer, thread one roll of turkey, followed by one piece each of apple, bacon, and cheese, then repeat to fill the skewer.
  4. Repeat this step until you’re out of the skewers or prepped product.
  5. Can be made ahead of time and serve chilled.
