Bacon & Cheese Dip
This winning dip is loaded with football flavors for a tailgate classic that'll get fans on their feet. Serve warm with your favorite dippers at your next game day party.

Ingredients
Smithfield® Hometown Original Bacon, Cooked and Crumbled
4 Slices
Cream cheese, room temperature
8 oz.
Sour cream
½ Cup
Cheddar cheese, shredded
8 oz.
Green onions, finely chopped
2 Tbsp.
Garlic, minced
1 Tsp.
Biscuit chips, pretzels & celery

- In a small bowl, beat the cream cheese and sour cream until smooth. Stir in Cheddar cheese, onions, and garlic.
- Place the bowl in the microwave and cook for 2 minutes. Remove, and stir well. Return to the microwave and cook an additional 2 to 4 minutes.
- Top with crumbled Smithfield Hometown Original Bacon.
- Serve warm with biscuit chips, pretzels, or celery
