Ham, Turkey and Cheese Pastry Scrolls
Elegant and understated, these pastry scrolls featuring Kretschmar® meats and cheeses add a lovely touch to a family brunch or light lunch.

Kretschmar® Black Forest Turkey
8 oz.
Kretschmar® Off the Bone Ham
8 oz.
Kretschmar® Muenster Cheese
8 oz.
Puff pastry, defrosted
1 piece
Grainy mustard
2 Tbsp.
Chive, chopped
1 stem
Egg (for wash)

- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Roll out the puff pastry on a floured work surface, to about 9″x12″.
- Spread the grainy mustard onto the pastry.
- Layer on the cheese and meat.
- Roll it up lengthwise and cut into 12 equal portions.
- Place them cut-side down on baking sheet and freeze for 15 minutes.
- Brush with egg mixture.
- Bake for 17-20 minutes, until golden brown.
