Eckrich® Jalapeño & Cheddar Smoked Sausage Links
1 package
Crescent rolls
1 package
Smithfield® Thick Cut Bacon
½ lb.
Large eggs
Butter, melted and cooled
6 Tbsp.
Cooking oil
1 Tbsp.
Optional: jarred jalapeño peppers
Optional: grated cheddar cheese

  1. Brown the Eckrich® Sausages in a large skillet.
  2. Cook the bacon until desired crispness.
  3. Prepare crescent rolls per package instructions and separate.
  4. Lay the bacon and sausages in the middle of the crescents.
  5. Add jalapeños and grated Cheddar, if desired, and roll.
  6. Pinch the seams together and place kolache seam side-down on a baking sheet.
  7. Bake at 350ºF for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Serve and enjoy!
